Ever meet someone who has captured his every wish... his every dream. The gentleman seated below is one of those people.   “JV” came across his dream when he was just 4 years old.  Through many years, setbacks and challenges, he never lost sight of it - and in many ways, he owes much more than what he’s accomplished to that dream. His life, family and livelihood were all challenged by a battle with cancer in 1996. Through his faith, an unstoppable attitude, and with that beacon of a dream on the horizon, he went on to beat the disease and capture the dream of his lifetime. JV is a graduate of the USAF’s Fighter Weapons School and has flown fighter aircraft all over the world.  He has led  individuals, teams and organizations as large as eleven hundred people at the highest ends of performance and risk in peacetime and in combat... Most notably was his time as the commander and demonstration leader of the USAF Thunderbirds. He is a powerful speaker who can help you bring out the best in your organization, your family and in you.  He lives with his beautiful wife and two sons in Northern Virginia.
